Resources to Enhance Your Rental Experience
For our current residents, we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your time with us more comfortable. Use our website to submit any maintenance requests, pay your rent, or just to drop us a line. We love to hear from our residents.
Rent payment is due, in full, on the first day of each month. It is considered late if not paid by 5pm on the 5th of the month. A $50.00 late fee and a $10 notice processing fee will be added to the amount due on the 6th of the month. Another $50 late fee will be added if the rent is still delinquent on the 15th of the month. On the 20th, the eviction process will be started.
Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order or cashier's check. You may contact us to receive a PaySlip to take to a 7-11 to make your rent payment. Checks and Money Orders are to be Made payable to: Denman Realty Group, LLC. Because of security risks, Cash is not accepted for rental payment. Money orders are easily obtained at banks, grocery stores and gas stations. You may pay in person at our office or by mail.
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. There is a mail drop if you need to pay your rent outside of business hours. Just make sure that the payment is secured in an envelope and clearly labeled as a rent payment with your name and the property address.
