Wade Denman is an Arizona native with experience in real estate sales and lending since XXXX. Wade earned a Bachelor of Arts from BYU and a Master of Business Administration from ASU. He founded his own real estate company in 2000 and operated it as Denman Realty Group, LLC. Operating Denman Realty, Wade is responsible for and oversees all activities of the real estate brokerage including sales, leasing and property management.

Prior to opening and operating his own real estate brokerage, Wade spent over six years in the commercial real estate field in the areas of commercial lending and financial analysis. Wade's significant experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate combined with his local market knowledge gives Denman Realty a firm foundation.

Leona “Lee” Mensay is a native Arizonan and retired educator. Lee loves playing golf, pickle-ball and golfing. Lee started working for Denman Realty and Property Management in March of 2012. She is grateful to the her amazing group of friends and family that have allowed her to assist them with home purchases and sales. She looks forward to assisting her new clients in assisting them with all of their real estate needs.

Darren Passey is an Arizona native with over 20 years of experience in the residential real estate arena. Darren earned a Bachelor of Science degree from NAU and completed his Master's from NAU. Taking care of his buyers is his number one priority, with personalized attention and a passion for seeing that his clients find the perfect home at a good price. Darren thrives on ensuring that every home seller is able to maximize their profit in minimum time and is delighted with the results. Rita Catuzzi was born and raised in Fairfield, CT, but moved to AZ in 1992. After a nearly 35 year career in manufacturing management Rita decided to pursue her love of real estate and become a full-time Realtor in December 2014. In her free time she enjoy kayaking, hiking, golfing, traveling and relaxing at home with my family.
